Chinchilla's van elke leeftijd. Geen van de dieren die wij bij hem onder behandeling hadden of hebben, hebben als gevolg van het narcotiseren het leven gelaten. Het jongste dier dat door hem destijds
is genarcotiseerd was slechts een paar dagen oud en kwam op weg naar huis weer bij z'n positieven. Heeft ervaring met alle voorkomende narigheid die zich bij Chinchilla's kan voordoen.

Recently, he had a very serious respiratory infection which required emergency attention. had some really good questions for us as well, like what type of diet was he on, how was he being housed, etc. He genuinely has the animals best interest in mind. He also showed us how to check him for
hairrings, and new alot about that as well, which is important if you have a male chinnie. I highly recommend him to any pet owner, and he came highly recommended to us as well by another chin owner.

Emailed by David Heckman, who wrote : he is the clinic's exotics specialist, and usually does reptiles, rodents and other exotics. He was very honest is saying that he did not consider himself a chinchilla expert, but has had some experience seeing them over the last several years. His experience in rodents is probably a big plus, and he also seems very willing and interested in learning more about chinchillas and how to treat them. I found him to be pretty knowledgable considering his limited exposure, and we spent a considerable amount of time talking about chins. He will also probably be getting more experience in the near future because a chin of pet stores in the area has started carrying chins. Overall, he's a pretty good place to start unless people find a person with more expertise in the area.
